The primary shipping services we use for non freight orders are USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. The availability and costs of each shipping service will depend on your shipping address location as well as the type of items and quantities that you order. As with any standard shipping service, exact delivery dates and transit times are not guaranteed. Once we hand the package off to USPS or UPS, any shipping delays that occur within their shipping network are out of our control. All shipping costs are based on the size and weight of the package in accordance with the shipping zone charts provided by USPS and UPS. We do not offer flat shipping rates due to the high variability of shipping costs for our products. Below is more information for each shipping service

USPS Priority Mail:

USPS Priority Mail is a domestic shipping service provided by the United States Postal Service. It has a listed transit time of 1-3 business days. However, USPS will not consider the package lost or delayed until at least 5 days after the mailing date. If your package has not arrived after 5 days from the mailing date, let us know and we will contact USPS customer service. We also recommend you contact your local post office as they may have more information on the status of your package than is available to us
