Q:What’s your phone number?

A: Due to our small office staff, it is much more efficient and quicker to communicate with us through email. We typically only contact customers by phone in situations that can't be easily communicated through email


Q:Do you take orders over the phone?

A: No we cannot take phone orders. All credit/debit card orders are processed using the online paypal invoicing tool.


Q:Can I get a quote over the phone?

A: In order to ensure the most accurate prices and to minimize any errors, all quotes are done through email only


Q:What credit/debit cards do you accept?

A: Since we use paypal for all of our processing, we can only accept cards that paypal accepts. At this time, Paypal accepts most major credit/debit cards


Q:How long does it take to ship my order after I send payment?

A: We usually ship within 2 business days after receiving payment but it can take up to 5 business days depending on current shipping volume. Iron stand orders and orders that are shipped by freight will take longer to ship


Q:Can I return an item after I purchase it?

A: We have a no return and refunds policy. Exceptions may apply to items that are damaged or lost during shipping. Please see below


Q:What happens if my item arrives damaged or gets lost?

A: For damaged items, we will in most cases send you a replacement. But we must receive evidence that the item was damaged before we send out a replacement. If your items gets lost during shipping, we will do our best to work with you to come up with a solution that works for both sides. We must be notified of any damaged/missing items within 7 days of date of delivery


Q:What shipping carriers do you use?

A: The shipping options will vary based on your shipping address but we mostly use USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. For freight orders, we use a wide variety of trucking companies


Q:Do you offer any expedited shipping options?

A: Due to the amount of time it takes to custom box retail orders and the high costs of expedited shipping, we only offer standard shipping services


Q:Are the shipping costs you offer negotiable?

A:No. We always provide you with the cheapest shipping rates that are available to us


Q:Do you ship international?

A: Due to the high costs and resources required to ship our items international, we only ship to addresses in the domestic United States
